Instructions

Press for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, or use a tofu press if available.
  2. Marinate the Tofu: Transfer the pressed tofu cubes to a bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Gently toss to coat all pieces evenly. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and toss again softly to ensure an even coating.
