Guacamole Layer
- 2 cups Guacamole

Fresh Layers
- 3 cups Tomatoes, diced
- 2.25 ounces Black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Bean Layer: In a bowl, combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Spread the Beans: Spread the seasoned refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 13” x 9” casserole dish to form the first layer.
- Add Guacamole: Carefully spread a layer of guacamole over the refried beans, ensuring an even coverage.
- Spread Sour Cream: Next, spread a layer of sour cream evenly over the guacamole layer.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the sour cream layer.
- Layer Tomatoes: Add the fresh diced tomatoes evenly on top of the cheese layer.
- Top with Olives and Onions: Distribute the sliced black olives and finely chopped green onions evenly over the tomatoes.
- Chill Before Serving: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
