- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Combine the almond milk, ice cubes, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, vanilla extract, sweetener if using, and salt in a high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, which typically takes about 30 to 45 seconds.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or spices according to your preference.
- Serve: Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.
Notes
- To enhance the chai flavor, add a pinch of black tea powder or substitute some of the milk with brewed and chilled chai tea.
