- 32 oz container Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt (or your favorite Greek yogurt)
Cookie Layers
- 6-12 Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Container: Open the 32 oz container of plain Greek yogurt, keeping the foil seal attached to maintain freshness.
- Insert Cookies (First Layer): Press 6 Biscoff cookies straight down into the yogurt arranged in a row, pushing them in until only the tips are visible to cover most of the surface. Precision is not required.
- Optional – Layer Cookies for Even Coverage: If desired, remove about half of the yogurt from the container, add a layer of 6 Biscoff cookies on top, spoon the removed yogurt back on, and then add another 6 cookies for more uniform coverage.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for approximately 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the yogurt to chill thoroughly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once chilled, serve the cheesecake-style yogurt dessert and enjoy the creamy and crunchy combination.
Notes
- The recipe requires overnight refrigeration to achieve the best texture and flavor.
- Biscoff cookies can be substituted with similar spiced or caramel-flavored cookies if preferred.
- This dessert is best served chilled directly from the container to maintain its shape and consistency.
- No baking or cooking is involved; it’s a simple refrigerator-set dessert.
